By accessing and using X3 services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use X3 for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer software
• Remove copyright or proprietary notations

Users are responsible for their actions while using X3. Any misuse of the service, including but not limited to malicious script execution, server disruption, or violation of terms of service may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent account suspension:

Your privacy is important to us. We collect minimal data necessary for service operation and never share personal information with third parties without consent. All data is encrypted and stored securely.

While we strive for 99% uptime, X3 services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will not be granted for violations of terms of service or misuse of the platform. Also you have to pay the refund fee.
